You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activity

- Abuse the AI output or spam channels (email/SMS/etc.)

3. Your Store Data
You grant us permission to access your eCommerce store data (e.g. cart data, product info, customer email) solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your customer data.
4. AI-Generated Content
Thrivenza uses AI to generate content (emails, messages, offers, etc.).
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending it.
We do not guarantee accuracy, compliance, or results from AI-generated output.
5. Payment & Subscription
If you sign up for a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Free trials, if offered, will auto-convert unless canceled.
6. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time.
We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or effectiveness of marketing results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 3 months.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We’ll post changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
